Performance
Safety and Security:
SGG STADIP COLOR is a laminated safety glass, manufactured to EN 12543-2, EN 12600 and BS 6206 currently, to be superseded by EN 12150. In the event of breakage, the broken pieces remain adhered to the interlayer, minimising the risk of injury and ensuring the integrity and containment properties of the glass. As for normal PVB laminated glass, SGG STADIP COLOR can be used in safety critical locations defined by BS 6262, in overhead glazing and as guarding. Also inherent of PVB laminated glass, SGG STADIP COLOR performs as a security glass against break-ins and vandalism. Higher grades of security are also feasible.
Environmental Control:
Thanks to the pigments in the Vanceva Design films, each colour and combination of films provides different levels of solar control.
SGG STADIP COLOR and SGG STADIP DESIGN also offer the same level of acoustic insulation, in external facades and internal partitions, as conventional PVB laminated glass.
