The London Glass Company (UK) Ltd’s primary Splashback product is 6mm Diamant Toughened Polished all round Colour coated to RAL, NCS or Dulux codes.

This product is also suitable as worktop surfaces in a thickness of 19mm.

There are three obvious advantages with this product; the first being, in that the product is toughened, which therefore means that it is suitable for applications whereby heat is an issue, such as directly behind a kitchen hob.

The recommended distance in standard float glass splashbacks between the back of the hob and the wall is a non-standard 150mm.

The second is our ability to match to RAL, NCS or Dulux codes, providing our clients with a vast choice of colour options.

The third is the fact that Diamante Glass has a low iron content and is the most optically clear glass available. The beneficial result of this is a pure, truer colour. Standard clear glass has a high iron content. This produces a green tint, therefore any colour coating applied to it becomes slightly distorted, thus limiting the amount of colours available.
